       The Company had its first product, the Protein Chip System for Multi-tumor Marker Detection (C-12) approved by the Chinese SFDA in late 2001. The C-12 product can simultaneously measures 12 tumor markers in the blood serum for the detection of liver cancer, breast cancer, penile cancer, esophageal cancer, colorectal cancer, lung cancer, ovarian cancer, pancreatic cancer and endometrial cancer, and has been widely adopted by he major hospitals across China. As the first company to commercialize a protein chip for multi-cancer detection, The Company has achieved the first-mover advantage in the vast market for the screening and diagnosis of cancer, the number one killer in the world.
       The Company has also established long-term collaboration with insurance companies such as China Life to integrate C-12 in their routine health checkups or in health evaluation of clients applying for certain health policy. Through such collaboration, the Company is able to access the vast client base of the insurance industry.Based on its success of the C-12 product, the Company is expanding its products in the field of cancer and other diseases such as autoimmune disorders and pathogenic microorganisms for early detection and prevention.
